Unfortunately, we have noticed the new MacOS Big Sur software update causes functionality problems with Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment’s Bodyguard 2 devices. If you are using an Apple Mac computer and Bodyguard 2 devices, please read this email carefully.
The new update doesn’t currently support the Firstbeat Uploader Plugin that is installed in the browser and enables the connection to the Bodyguard 2 device. This means preparing the devices or uploading the data from the device no longer works when using the MacOS Big Sur update.
We recommend you do not install the MacOS Big Sur update yet to make sure you do not encounter functionality problems.
