Garmin introduced a bevy of new smartwatches at IFA 2019 in Berlin that feature fitness and lifestyle insights powered by Firstbeat. The announcement included generational updates to the popular vívoactive smartwatches and vívomove hybrid watches. The style oriented vívomove product line was expanded to include the vívomove Style and vívomove Luxe series products that vary in size and incorporate premium bezel, case, and fitting materials.

Brand new to the Garmin family are the Venu smartwatch, which introduces Garmin’s first ever AMOLED display, and the Marvel-themed Legacy Hero Series. The Legacy Hero Series includes a pair of special edition GPS smartwatches inspired by Captain Marvel and Captain America: The First Avenger.

While varied in external appearances, these new devices are united in offering what Garmin announces as the broadest available range of 24/7 health features available on the market. This includes Body Battery, All-day Stress tracking, VO2max fitness monitoring and more powered by Firstbeat analytics.
