What’s a Firstbeat Champion?
A Firstbeat Champion is an employee who is trained as an ambassador for well-being. They will encourage and motivate your employees to increase well-being in your organisation.
A Firstbeat Champion:
- Advises, supports and guides the workforce on well-being.
- Motivates others to take part in the Lifestyle Assessment.
- Provides support during the Lifestyle Assessment kick-off meetings.

The training is suitable for the anyone interested in increasing well-being and they can join a training webinar remotely. Before the training, they will conduct a Lifestyle Assessment and receive a 30-minute personal telephone feedback session.
The training cost is 290 + VAT. Training is free for existing Firstbeat clients.
