Important information about consent from Lifestyle Assessment participants!
From now on, Firstbeat will ask your clients to provide consent for saving and processing their personal information. The consent is asked when the client orders a device from a Firstbeat Center. If you order the device for your client or if you are using your own devices, the consent is asked when the client signs into their Lifestyle Assessment interface to fill the journal. Without consent, it is not possible for a client to order a device or for you create a Lifestyle Assessment report for your client.

Updated Physical Activity Index!
We improved the way we present the Physical Activity index in the Lifestyle Assessment report. The improvement allows for better consideration of the overall load of physical activity and the additional need for recovery that it creates.
