The new Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment was released yesterday, Sunday 12 June 2016. The update includes features that improve usability of the software as well as end-customer experience.
The Lifestyle Assessment login page has been updated. When you log in at www.lifestyleassessment.com, you will be directed to the new Lifestyle Assessment as a default.
Usability improvements:
Clear path for creating a new or a follow-up assessment
Direct access to Firstbeat Learning Center from the software
Easier to make adjustments to the division of measurement days
Improvements for creating Training Effect reports
Other small usability improvements

Updated physical activity terms and re-defined intensity areas
Steps visible in the Lifestyle Assessment report for each day
A plugin for Google Chrome browser is now available and after the release, you can again operate the Lifestyle Assessment with Google Chrome.
