The Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment was featured on the January 31 edition of UK television channel ITV’s ‘Tonight’ show, Britain’s most popular current affairs program.

Presented by ITV Science Editor Tom Clarke, and featuring GP and best-selling author Dr Rangan Chatterjee, the January 31 episode entitled ‘Your Body, Your Stress’ investigated how stress impacts our bodies. As part of the program, three volunteers carried out the Lifestyle Assessment – performed by Firstbeat partner’s Optima-Life – in order to get a better insight into how stress was affecting their daily life.

The Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment is a professional grade coaching tool for health and wellness checks. The unique heart rate variability analysis reveals how the body reacts to 24-hour daily life and connect the dots between lifestyle and well-being, helping to identify the steps towards a healthier, fitter and more productive life.
