Athletes do not experience training in isolation. The athlete arriving at today’s practice is bringing the combined physiological impact of everything that has happened since they left the facility yesterday. The nervous system does not separate training stress from life stress, and neither does recovery.

The key is understanding that HRV should never be interpreted against someone else’s numbers.

Together, these insights create a more complete picture of athlete development and performance.

Better Decisions Begin with Better Visibility

As a coach you make readiness decisions every day. The question is whether those decisions are based solely on observation and intuition, or whether they are supported by objective physiological information too.
