Finding a Sustainable Path to Performance

What does sustainable high performance look like — and how do you help leaders and teams get there without burning out along the way?

Join us for a conversation with Matti Kontsas, Coaching Director at Hintsa Performance, as he shares how Hintsa’s coaches work with some of the world’s most demanding careers, and what actually moves the needle when it comes to lasting performance.

Matti will introduce Hintsa’s global coach training program and their holistic model — Circle of Success — that underpins all of their coaching. He’ll discuss the challenges he sees most often among leaders and teams around the world, and the strategies that lead to better, more sustainable outcomes.

We’ll also look at how Hintsa coaches can include Firstbeat Life measurements as part of their programs – including a few examples from real data – and talk honestly about why the data itself is only half the story: personalized interpretation and realistic context are what make it useful.

In this webinar, we’ll cover:

– The types of challenges leaders and employees face today, and how they might differ across countries and cultures
– Where to start when it’s time to make a change
– A case example: what one person’s Firstbeat Life data revealed, and what they learned from it
– Smart, grounded use of HRV and wearable data — without turning it into another source of stress

The session is hosted by Firstbeat Master Trainer, Exercise Physiologist Tiina Hoffman.
