HEAD, HEART & HANDS: A Data-Driven Approach to Habit Change That Lasts

Hosted by Dr. Steven MacGregor

Hosted by Tiina Hoffman

January always arrives with energy, intention, and the promise of a “new way of working.” But most professionals know the pattern: within weeks, that early momentum fades and familiar habits reclaim the wheel.

In this high-impact webinar, the Chief Wellbeing Officer platform partners with Firstbeat Technologies to explore a systemic, evidence-based approach to behaviour change—one that aligns Head (clarity), Heart (motivation), and Hands (daily action).

Dr. Steven MacGregor will introduce elements of his 7S Habit Framework, revealing the practical levers that help busy leaders break old cycles and build habits that actually stick. Tiina Hoffman will then demonstrate how world-class HRV and performance analytics can provide the insight, accountability, and personalised feedback that turn good intentions into lasting change.

Designed for senior professionals and high-performing teams, this session will help you:

  • Understand why willpower alone fails, and what works instead

  • Use physiological data to shape smarter habits and sustainable routines

  • Build new patterns of energy, resilience, and recovery that support long-term performance

  • Design a working life that aligns with your values, rhythms, and real-world demands

Kickstart the year with a fresh perspective and a proven methodology used by thousands of leaders worldwide.
