Longevity in Normal Life: Staying Capable for the Life You Want After 50

As Longevity booms, it’s easy to lose sight of what the goal actually is for ordinary people living real lives. It is not about chasing the longest possible life at all costs or following an endless longevity checklist.

It is about protecting the physical and mental capacity required to keep living a life that matters to you. That life will look very different for different people over 50 — from staying sharp at work and travelling after retirement to remaining independent, active and involved with family.

In this webinar, we will be joined by Darren Morris, founder of Inochi Longevity who has spent two decades helping people live healthier for longer. Together with Firstbeat Master Trainer & Exercise Physiologist Tiina Hoffman he’ll discuss:

  • What longevity means in normal life
  • Why 50s is a uniquely powerful window for change
  • How to build a personalized health plan around the life you want to be living
  • How to use physiological data as a tool for awareness, not another source of anxiety.
