We are quite literally immune to change. Yet living a healthy lifestyle invariably involves changing routines and habits.

In this webinar, Functional Wellness Specialist Erik van den Top provided an overview of the complex dynamics at play when making and sustaining lifestyle changes, and practical strategies and useful insights that will help set you up for long-term success.

The webinar was hosted by Firstbeat Life’s Master Trainer Tiina Hoffman who will also introduce Firstbeat Life as a useful tool to support behavioral change and share some interesting findings from the Firstbeat database.

During the webinar you will learn:

  • Why willpower alone is not enough to make and sustain lifestyle changes
  • Three practical strategies you can apply immediately to your daily life
  • A useful tool for when you are feeling stuck
