In the next Firstbeat Sports webinar, strength and conditioning expert Sean Conaty delivers insight into the practical use of quantified recovery data in his work with NCAA basketball players.

Focusing on how performance readiness checks guide daily training activities, he explores the role of recovery data in individualizing daily training decisions and managing the dose-response relationship for better training prescriptions.

Currently coaching at Eastern Michigan University, Conaty holds a MSc in Strength and Conditioning from Springfield College and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from East Carolina. He is Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA), and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

He is also a Certified Sports Nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition as well as Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified. Conaty also holds certifications through USA Weightlifting, USA Track & Field, and Functional Movement Systems.
