Supporting Employees Across Life Stages

Why one-size-fits-all wellbeing doesn’t work, and what to do instead.

Employees are not one group. Their needs, stressors, and recovery patterns evolve across life stages. To create real impact, wellness coaching and programs must reflect this.

In this webinar, we will share some Firstbeat Big Data findings about well-being and specific challenges in different phases of life. We will also discuss how data can be used strategically to help people structure their days in a way that allows them to perform at their best – and how we can better support employees at different stages of their working lives:

Early career professionals – higher risk of burnout, steep learning curves, and the need to build sustainable energy habits
Young parents – balancing high demands both at work and at home
Mid- and late-career employees – increasing recovery challenges and the shift towards working smarter
Menopause-aged women – often overlooked needs and effective support strategies

Our guest speaker, Lieke Wolfraad, Founder of Onewave the Agency, will talk about their experiences and share how they:

  • Identify employee needs through activity scans
  • Design targeted wellbeing programs for different groups
  • Combine various approaches, including Firstbeat, to create personalized and impactful interventions
