During this clinic, we will discuss all aspects of physical activity and exercise as part of the Firstbeat Life result: health effects of physical activity, training effect, and fitness level. You will gain a deeper understanding on how the physical activity points are formed and what else is included under the physical activity result, including amount of light, moderate and vigorous physical activity as well as a look at the training effect numbers.

To conclude, we will discuss the right way to do the fitness level walk and highlight factors that can reduce the reliability of the VO2max score. A deeper understanding of the different physical activity metrics will help you focus your action points, depending on what your client’s starting level and goals are in this area.

You can also send us your questions beforehand. If you wish to attend our Finnish-language clinics, read more here.

Recording will be provided after the event. You can access the recordings also via Firstbeat Life Partner Hub.
